Today, we are pleased to announce our participation in one of the most ambitious projects in the Andalusian industrial landscape: the development of a metallic waste recovery plant promoted by Atlantic Copper in Huelva as part of its circular economy strategy.

What does the project entail?

Atlantic Copper—a benchmark in the metallurgical sector—has launched the construction of a new facility for the treatment and recovery of metals present in electrical and electronic waste (WEEE). This plant is part of its strategic plan for the circular economy, aiming to give valuable materials a second life and reduce environmental impact.

The plant, located in the Industrial Hub of Huelva, will be one of the most advanced of its kind in Europe. Its goal: to recover critical materials such as copper, gold, silver, or platinum contained in electronic devices at the end of their life cycle.
